The Problem:
The problem was attributed to pipe corrosion in the drain leading
from the kitchen dish room. The 60 feet of 3” cast iron drain line
had numerous cracks and voids. As a result the drain line would clog
and backup whenever the combination drain/garbage disposal unit was
in operation.
