ACE DuraFlo's patented epoxy coating system was created for potable and pressurized line applications with line diameters up to 4".  It is specially formulated for use with multiple types of pipe including copper, galvanized steel, and CPVC/ PVC.  It  is applied in-place, drastically reducing the need for reconstruction of walls, floors and ceilings.  What's more, pipes treated with the ACE DuraFlo system perform better and last longer than new pipes!

Many people ask how we know that all of the pipes are completely coated since they remain in the walls, ceiling and floor.  In response, ACE DuraFlo conducted a demon-stration in California using glass pipes.  The epoxy coating is shown coating the pipes in various applications such as vertical and horizontal runs, right angles and "Y" joints.  This special application process is the key to the success of the ACE DuraFlo renovation system.

Pinhole leaks are a common problem facing all property owners with pressurized and/or potable water systems.  The ACE DuraFlo System is a revolu-tionary means to find and seal all pinhole leaks in a failing system.  This video demonstrates how the epoxy coating seals holes 1/16" in both vertical and horizontal settings.  In addition to repairing and restoring system breaches, it also works to prevent future breaches in weakened areas of the system.
