The NEX show will be held at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. This show is owned and produced by the American Supply Association (ASA) and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC), and CIPH. NEX alternates between Chicago and Toronto, and is the largest mechanical systems show ever held in North America. NEX'98 took place at the Metro Toronto Convention Center October 16 & 17, 1998 and attracted 16,602 industry members from Canada, the U.S., Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. 525 exhibitors participated in NEX'98.

Madison (January 9, 1998)--There is new evidence that copper-contaminated drinking water may be a common cause of nausea, stomach cramps and other health problems, according to a scientific paper titled, "Gastrointestinal Upsets and New Copper Plumbing - Is There a Connection?" published in the January, 1998, issue of the WMJ (Wisconsin Medical Journal).
